For each single Globe wheel, at the moment of manufacturing, an individual label is prepared showing day, month and year of expiry
(the same as those of manufacturing but with 3 years more) as well as identity of the operator in charge of pressing.Labels are daily
prepared through a special machine connected to the central computer system.Daily production of each press is indicated in a production sheet where checks of weight, balancing and thickness of wheels are recorded.These sheets also include characteristics of
the mixture used. Thanks to this information it is possible to quickly trace the batches of raw materials used, their chemical-physical
checks are stored both in computer and printed filesProduction sheets trace batches through baking up to the finalproduct test and
boxing.When polymerization is over, the product is transferred to warehouse, where each single wheel is checked and, if approved, is
boxed and packed.The codes of the operators who made the checks are shown on the label of the box and of the packing.All checks
carried out (with the signature of who made them), also after ma-nufacturing, are reported on the sheets and are electronically stored
for the whole product’s lifetime (three years after manufacturing date).

Simultaneously, other safety tests are made:
1. burst speed test, whose results, in accordance with the current regulation, are entered in officially stamped registers;
2. side load test, carried out regularly, with a special machine whose results are stored in its memory.

On all the packagings containing Globe abrasive products (cardboard boxes and the exclusive cylindrical, stackable boxes in PVC)
there is a label with every useful in-formation for the operator: quantity, wheel type, dimensions, production date, expiry date and internal code. It is recommended to keep with the maximum care not only the content of the various boxes but also the boxes and their
label, paying attention to put the wheel in their corresponding box. Otherwise Globe declines all responsibi-lity due to illegitimate use of the product, caused by negligence of end-users.

ATTENTION!

Put back, maintain and always check that Globe wheels and abrasive products are in their original boxes. The non correspondence of
information between the box label and the product contained in it causes damages to operators due to negligence of which I.A.P. Globe
cannot be charged. Keep the good readability of labels on cardboard packings, round boxes and on abrasive products unchanged.

HOW TO IDENTIFY THE PRODUCTION BATCH OF THE ARTICLE IN YOUR HANDS.

The production batch of an article of the I.A.P. Globe range can be identified thanks to the production date; the combination between
the article code and the production date unequivocally identifies the product. Thanks to this information we are able to trace the
history of the product, to follow what its development was and know every detail by looking in our files.

Identify the production date.

To identify the production date of your article, there are 2 possibilities:
1. THROUGH LABEL ON PACKAGING DEL PRODOTTO. All I.A.P. Globe product labels are printed with the production date as specified in the approppropriate
section below.
2. THROUGH THE LABEL OF THE DISC AND THE USE OF “TEMPLATE”. The “TEMPLATE” is an effective instrument to be used in case you should loose the original product box, that should always be kept until its original content is finished. In case, for any
reason, the box should be lost or destroyed, the “TEMPLATE” which you can find in the appropriate section below will enable you
to trace the date of production.
