The Personal Data subject to processing are the identification Data (Personal Data, postal contact details, e-mail address, telephone number) provided by you.
The processing carried out with the Data you provide us with are the following: collection – storage – organization, structuring, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation use, transmission and deletion.

They are collected from the data subject, and provided by him/her by filling in the form on the website of the undersigned organization.
PURPOSE
What Personal Data will we use?
Your Personal Data (hereinafter, collectively, the “Data”) is processed as part of the recruitment process;
The Data is collected directly from candidates. More specifically, we may process:
• Personal data
• Telephone and e-mail addresses
• Previous work experience
• Education qualifications obtained.
Processing may also involve special categories of Personal Data, pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR, such as Health Data strictly necessary for employment or relating to membership of certain protected categories.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE PROCESSED?
We will use your Data, including by means of electronic instruments, to perform contractual, pre-contractual and legal obligations, for the purposes of personnel selection and the possible establishment of an employment relationship. In this context, failure to provide Data will make it impossible to conclude the personnel selection process.
Your Data may be used to fulfil the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or the data subject in the field of labour law and social security and social protection under Article 9(2b) GDPR. In particular, Data disclosing health are processed for the sole purpose of fulfilling obligations and exercising specific rights of you or the Company in the field of labour law and social security and social protection, to the extent that the processing is authorised by Union law or national legislation or a collective agreement, where there are appropriate safeguards for your fundamental rights and interests.
The Company does not use automated decision-making procedures within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
If, in particular cases, we need to use such procedures, we will keep you informed of this separately, as required by law.
The provision of your Personal Data is optional but necessary, as if you fail to provide it, you will not be able to apply for a position with us.
Your Data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months.
Your personal data may be disclosed to our employees and collaborators who are involved in the selection of personnel. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the following categories of persons who, in their capacity as data processors, provide us with services instrumental to the performance of our activities: IT service providers; management service providers; administrative service providers; external professionals and consultants;
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
